• Promo is not combinable with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or special offers.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not convertible to cash.
• Promo tickets are valid only within the promo redemption period.
• No refunds will be issued for unused tickets.
• Rescheduling is allowed within the promo period only. The first reschedule is FREE; succeeding reschedules are subject to a ₱300 fee per transaction.
• Promo is not applicable to corporate events, group tours, educational tours, and other organized group activities.
• Standard attraction rules, regulations, and safety guidelines must be observed at all times.
